Shipping & Returns

International & Domestic shipping: Both can be conducted by FedEx.
Domestic: Shipping via FedEx or USPS.
Local: We deliver items to the University of Southern Mississippi Campus daily for free. Please allow 1 week for orders to come in!

Handling: Please allow up to 2 work days for handling.

Returns: All returns should be in sellable state and returned within 30 days of purchase.

International & Domestic: If the item is incorrect, we ask that you e-mail us a photograph of your received item as well as a copy of the invoice. If we are at fault, we will pay for return shipping, or issue a refund. Local: If the item is incorrect, call or e-mail me and we will set up meeting arrangements.
